Left Behind K-9 Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the purpose of saving homeless dogs and allowing them a second chance at life through our rescue, transport, foster care, rehab, and adoption programs. Our primary objective is to prevent the euthanasia of healthy dogs by working towards re-homing the abandoned, stray, and neglected ones who are in need.
Left Behind K-9 rescue is managed and operated 100% by volunteers. There are no no paid staff, meaning more dollars go directly to the dogs in need. By working with committed volunteers, along with local veterinarians and trainers, we will be able to rescue hundreds, and one day thousands, of dogs every year.
Are you looking for a new four-legged companion to join the family? Maybe you are unable to commit to a permanent addition but would be interested in finding out how you can help the many homeless dogs in need? K-9s are always in need of foster homes which allow LBK9 to rescue more dogs from high-kill shelters and give them a chance to find a loving forever home. Thanks for all the help and support!
